Plain-English summary of how Leinster TaeKwon Do handles your personal information.

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through this website we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number and/or email address, the town you are interested in, who the classes are for, the age group and goal you select, and anything you write in your message. We also record which page you enquired from so we can put you in touch about the right class.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry about classes — answering your questions, telling you about times and venues, and arranging a first class. We do not use it for anything else.

Lawful basis

Under GDPR, the lawful basis for processing your enquiry is consent — you tick a box confirming you are happy for us to contact you about your enquiry before the form can be sent.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a secure, EU-hosted database. Access is restricted to club instructors who need it to respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any classes that follow. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so.

Who we share it with

No one. We never sell your information and we never share it with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent. To do any of these, email us at the address below.

Contact us

For any privacy question or request, email TomThorntonTKD@gmail.com or call Tom on 086 386 2020. You can also reach us through the contact page or your nearest club — Gorey, Arklow, Enniscorthy or Riverchapel.

This is a starting policy and should be reviewed by the club before launch.
